At Cyrus Artisan Rugs, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our rugs, as well as our commitment to customer satisfaction.


All deliveries are handled by FedEx or UPS. We are unable to ship to box addresses.

Standard packages are delivered on business days between 10am and 7pm
Average delivery time 5 – 7 days*

*Delivery time applies to orders that are placed on weekdays before 3pm and varies depending on size of shipment and place of delivery. We will email you the tracking information once it is en route.

For orders that are placed on weekends or after 3pm the delivery time is counted from the following working day.
The order is completed once we have received full payment.


Once we confirm the availability of your rug with the manufacturer, we will inform you of the lead-time for the rug. Tracking information will be shared as soon as the rug has shipped.

UPS Terms and Conditions of Carriage


At Cyrus Artisan Rugs, we understand that after living with a rug in your home for a few days, you may want to return the rug and find a better fit. If you would like to make a return, call or contact us to begin the process. Items eligible for return must be unused and returned in original condition. For rugs purchased and picked up from our showroom, you have two days from the date of purchase to return for a full refund. Custom rugs and Clearance/Final Sale rugs are non-returnable. For our online purchases the conditions are as follow:

1-6 days from delivery: Full refund, no restocking fees (client is responsible for return shipping charges)

7-14 days from delivery: Store credit refund, 10% restocking fee (client is responsible for return shipping charges)

15-21 days from delivery: Store credit refund, 20% restocking fee (client is responsible for return shipping charges)

21 days or more: Non-returnable


The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like us to handle shipping and send you a shipping label, a shipping fee will apply. Otherwise, you may ship the rug via FedEx or UPS to our Bloomington Store. When returning a shipped item, please re-package in the plastic that your rug was shipped in, and contact the Cyrus Artisan Rugs showroom for Return Authorization.

Exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
