Price Match Guarantee

Cyrus Artisan Rugs is committed to offering you the best possible price and giving you peace of mind when shopping online or at our brick and mortar store.

• At the time of sale, we price match all local retail competitors as well as online retailers.
• Our Price Match Guarantee covers one price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.
• To show proof of price, bring in the competitor's current ad or notify us of the website address and link of the online retailer. We may call the competitor's retail store or check the website address of the designated major online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item. If the pricing came from a brick and mortar store, provide us with the quote from that store so we can match their price.
• We are unable to match prices from auction and outlet stores or their websites, or other retailers' discount promotions, shipping offers and gift card offers.
• The price match can only apply to in-stock merchandise. All price matched merchandise is final sale, and not returnable.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and let you know what happened.
