Yesterday I bought two beautiful rugs from my friends at Cyrus Artisan Rugs. For the record, Shelley and I have now purchased over a dozen rugs in the last 25 years. Why do we keep coming back...It's simple, excellent quality, craftsmanship and service but more importantly they treat us like family. Quick story, in 1989 when I was with the Vikings I went shopping looking for a small 2X3 rug to place by my front door. Alex and his father went out of their way to help us find the perfect rug. They taught us the difference between hand made and machine made rugs and spent a ton of time with us even though we weren't spending a lot of money. It didn't matter to them. What mattered was developing a relationship with a young couple and treating them right. Well, we still keep coming back because loyalty is so important to us! We've been searching for the perfect rug for a couple years now. Looked online to every store you can think of in the greater Twin Cities area and by far no place came close to Cyrus. If you're like me, you've likely seen this store dozens of times wondering what's inside. Don't hesitate to just stop in for a look. Their customer service is excellent, without pressure to purchase anything. Anwar was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He asked engaging questions to truly understand beyond esthetics. Incredible experience buying a rug! Cyrus had exactly what I needed at an incredible price. They were able to get my rug delivered in less than a week! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, teaching me things about rugs that nobody else seemed to know. They’ve got a real passion for it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a rug. I purchased a rug online from Cyrus and Allison was very helpful. I was hesitant to purchase a rug I hadn’t seen in person, but Allison gave me a great description of it over the phone and sent me a video of the rug. I ordered over the phone with her and she included a rug pad at a great price. The rug arrived quickly, matches our home perfectly, and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend this store!

I’ve bought many different rugs at Cyrus over the past 20 years and I’ve worked with Anwar that whole time. Cyrus has beautiful rugs, high-quality, and the customer service is incredible. Anwar has taught me so much about how rugs are made, the differences in weaves, etc. My rugs that are 20 years old have lasted the test of time. I just bought a few new rugs as I am updating my decor and once again Anwar was super helpful. It is my go to place for high-quality rugs. And the inventory in the store is amazing!!

Cyrus has a large store with a very large collection. That collection includes modern and antique rugs, from Iran and several other localities. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I dealt mostly with Allison, the store manager. She was always available and helpful, through several visits. Once she had an idea of the styles I liked, she found many more possibilities through suppliers. She sent me images and we discussed those. When I had 6-8 final contenders, I made an appointment to return to the store. All my candidates were laid out where I could evaluate them. Prices seemed reasonable (well, as reasonable as Iranian rugs ever are). The people and selection were terrific and I purchased things that make my home more pleasant.

I looked hard for a 10 x 14, wool, contemporary area rug at a reasonable price. I found it at Cyrus Rugs website. I placed an online order from Melbourne, Florida. Anwar was very polite and helpful in answering my questions. The rug arrived very quickly. Customer service by Anwar before and after the purchase was excellent, Highly recommend the place.

Visited Cyrus to look at rugs for our new home. I was amazed at the quantity of inventory in-store. Anwar greeted us and made us feel right at home. Imagine searching for the “one” rug through a maze high quality, multi patterned/colors of hand made rugs. Not easy! After a couple of visits and taking A few samples home, we settled on this hand made beauty. Not cheap rugs, but you definitely get what you pay for. Thanks Anwar and team!
